The Villas
There are only 200 luxury villas available in this exclusive development, all set in plots of at least one thousand square metres. Each villa can be built to a size of two hundred and fifty square metres.

These exclusive villas range in price from €650,000 to €2,000,000 and when you become the lucky owner of a Villa in El Parque:

• You will have exclusive membership to the Torre Grande Golf 'Club House.' This is to be housed in the 12th century castle and will not be available to ordinary golf club members who will have their club house on the course. Residents will of course also be able to enjoy this club house as well.
• You will receive a share in the Torre Grande Bodega and will be entitled to 100 bottles of the wine produced by the bodega every year.
